Why Texas Heat?
Texas Heat Degreaser is a high alkaline, concentrated, caustic based formula created for oilfield drilling and service companies out of the need for a heavy duty industrial cleaning product that would emulsify grease with minimal physical effort. Texas Heat attacks grease and encrusted soil on concrete, road equipment, heavy machinery, drilling rigs, frac equipment, containment pits, tank farms, warehouse floors and walls, oil tools, radiators and coolers, wireline equipment, restaurant floors and equipment, bbq grills, smokehouses, furnaces. It’s designed to be the best, nonhazardous, non-dot regulated degreasing formula in the oilfield and is one of the most remarkable bare concrete floor cleaners ever developed. It has pH of 13, can be used on different types of metals other than aluminum, and may be diluted with hot or cold water.
Efficient:
When the toughest grime and grease stands between you and a job well done, Texas Heat is there to minimize the inefficiencies. Texas Heat is an aggressive grease emulsifier that utilizes sodium hydroxide, sodium metasilicate, and select other surfactants and chelating compounds to clean metals down to the pores to save you time and money on the toughest, greasiest, grimiest jobs in the industry. Texas Heat efficiently removes stubborn soils, such as oil, grease, tar, asphalt, corrosion inhibitor, animal fat, carbon, exhaust soot, tire and rubber marks, etc. Texas Heat works better than the competitor’s products that have been diluted down to cut costs. No other product on the market is better at cleaning and degreasing. Don’t fear the heat, embrace it…TEXAS HEAT!
Versatile:
Texas heat can be used on a variety of surfaces and with an array of equipment.
- Permits use with pressure washers, automatic scrubbers, brushes, mops, pump
sprayers, or as a spray and wipe for walls and equipment.
- Cleans and degreases any surface not harmed by water.
- Safe on all ferrous metals. Not for direct use on nonferrous metals, but when it is
unavoidable, simply prewet any nonferrous metals with water before applying, then
simply rinse before drying. Walls and roofs made of painted sheet metal are perfectly
acceptable if prewet and not allowed to dry.
Ease of Use:
- Nonstaining
- Contains no perfume
- Dries clear and shiny with no residue
Directions for Use:
1. Apply with a pump sprayer, mop, brush, or sponge.
2. Experiment with dilution for your application. For heavy duty cleaning, can be used
straight or cut from 1:1 to 1:3 for most heavy duty cleaning. Highly dependent on
degree of oil and grime build up.
3. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes, but DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY on surface.
4. Thoroughly, rinse Texas Heat with hot or cold water.
